| All of our tapestries
are top quality name brand merchandise, and are checked
for any defects before they go out to you. We do understand
that tapestries must suit your décor, so, if
for any reason you are not happy with the item you
purchased, you can return it within 30 days from purchase
date. Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility
of the customer.
To return a tapestry, you will be requested to
return the tapestry through our online
returns system and will be issued an RMA number.
- All returns must have an RMA number. Do not
return any item without contacting Wall-Art Tapestries
on-line @ Easy Returns.
NO REFUND will be given without an RMA number.
- Type in your original order number, and complete
all the fields.
- You will be issued an RMA number along with
return address and instructions
- Return the item as per the instructions with
the RMA number appearing on the package and inside.
- All items must be returned in the original
packaging, in good condition. Items not returned
in the original packaging or received in good
condition (damaged, soiled, missing parts, etc)
WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND and will be returned
at your expense.
- Once we receive the item, your credit card will be credited within 48
hours. You can check status on the internet by typing in your Order Number on our order status page.
